Improve your writing and grammar! You will practice writing on a number of business topics and learn important grammar points.

Grammar topics may include correct verb tenses (will, will have, would have, had been, will have been), transitions (although, first, subsequently, in order to), prepositions (of, at, in, by, until), articles (a, an, the), and other topics. Write with more clarity and confidence. You will receive guidance from your instructor as she corrects your writing.

At the end of this class, you will understand how to write more like a professional. Topics will include:

  • Organizing your thoughts and prewriting
  • Correctly using verb tenses, transitions, articles, and prepositions
  • Proofreading your own work
  • Writing better sentences and paragraphs
